We just recently changed service providers and I almost forgot to get the military discount!!!
All major service providers offer some sort of discount for military members.
AT&T: offers a 19% discount to anyone with a .mil email address. For more information visit their discount page here! {personal note... we never did receive the email from AT&T when we had them, apparently the spam blocker was blocking the email. There were no other options for us to receive the discount, so we never did :( hope you all are successful with getting your discount}
T-Mobile: {may be covered under AT&T now that they have been bought by them, definitely call to ask since the AT&T discount is higher} members of the military get a 15% discount on cellular service. To get it you need to visit the T-Mobile Corporate Discount page {I can't find a link for it, so maybe I am correct in assuming it's now covered under AT&T??? Call customer Service to find out}
Sprint: offers military members a 15% discount on cellular service. To get it go into a Sprint store and tell them you qualify for "BPA number W91RUS-06-A-0002" {I've also received this discount in the past by showing them a military ID}
Verizon: offers a 15% discount on calling plans $35+. To get your discount visit their discount page here! This works for anyone with a .mil address. {personal note: verizon's email came through even though AT&T's did not}. My sister in law, who works for verizon customer service says that there are other ways of obtaining the military discount, but they can take 1-2 months, while the above method is reflected immediately.
Hope you get your discounts!!!
